ECOC Family Meeting in Tartu: A Culinary Exchange

From September 20th to 22nd, Bodø2024 joined Tartu2024, Bad Ichl/Salzkammergut2024, and former ECOC delegates for a special gathering.

Bodø curated the cultural experience on the final day at the impressive ERM National Museum in Tartu. They also brought ArktiskMat to Tartu to showcase the Feeding Europe program and create an appetizing and cultural menu for 80 guests in the evening.

The menu featured a fusion of Norwegian seafood and locally sourced Norwegian and Estonian vegetables. With assistance from four talented culinary students from VOCO and their teacher, Kairi, it became a great cultural culinary exchange that left both parties inspired.

ArktiskMat, led by Jason Ball and Katrine Wiken, received kudos for their exciting menu and accompanied stories. The evening was a perfect opportunity for networking and meaningful conversations, reconnecting with former collaborators and forging new partnerships for future projects.
