Throwback to an incredible week at The Sea We Share Workshop & Pop-Up Dinner with Pop-up Norge and Head Chefs Shūi Ishizaka, Saori Ichihara and Sous Chef Wataru Hamada 🌊✨

We are so grateful to everyone who joined us and brought their energy, knowledge, creativity, and passion to the event. Your ideas and hard work made this a truly unique experience.

The week was filled with great presentations from Kelpinor, Lofoten Seaweed and Sea Vegetable Test Kitchen, plus diverse perspectives and unforgettable food experiences. From foraging for seaweed at Saltstraumen to teaching culinary students (Bodø VGS) at wonderful Fiskebørsen, from spending 24 hours on an island to cooking and serving a delicious dinner in the rain. Witnessing the midnight sun from Landegode lighthouse was the cherry on top! The conversations, connections, and shared knowledge are still resonating with us.

We had the pleasure of working with incredible products from Lofoten Seaweed, Dundrun Seafood, Bofisk, Kelpinor in Norway, as well as contributions from Stockholm and Tokyo. These collaborations led to new friendships and unforgettable memories along the beautiful northern coast. Thank you to all our supporters in Bodø2024, Samfunnsløftet and EUjapanfest.
