The central theme for ArktiskMat 2024 is "Nurture, and we will explore how this idea relates to cooking, farming, food culture, and even education. We honor the farmers, fishermen, and foragers whose dedication and responsible practices connect traditions and values across generations.
This year’s speakers and chefs will come from a range of backgrounds that intersect with food, research, cooking, and agriculture. They have all been invited to reflect and share what “Nurture” means to them and how it has influenced their work. We believe that this years program will give valuable insights and new perspectives that can deepen our understanding of the connections between food, culture, and care.
