A Flavorful Reception for Eurovision Young Musicians 2024

August 13th, the Eurovision Young Musicians 2024 was officially opened in Bodø, with young musical talents from eleven European countries gathered to compete. The opening was marked with a reception at Bodø City Hall, organized by NRK, Nordland County Council, Bodø Municipality, and Bodø2024. The reception menu was curated by ArktiskMat and showcased some of the best produce that the season and Nordland has to offer.  

The Menu:
- Mini tart with Reindeer Tartar, Wild Chanterelles and an Alpine Leek dressing
- Arctic Char served in a Potato Lefse 
- Stockfish “brandade”
- Seaweed tart with shellfish and herbs
- Bluecheese cream tart with cherries 

 The reception was made possible thanks to the efforts of the fantastic volunteers from Bodø2024.
