A full day of talks and demos from a wide range of speakers, including world class chefs and international food ambassadors. They are asked to interpret this year’s theme through talks and practical demonstrations. Both Saturday and Sunday.
Lunch on both Saturday and Sunday at our beautifull HQ, Vikgården.
Full dinner with exciting guest chefs, presenting their cuisine through a variety of dishes on Saturday.
