Are you based in the Nordic region and want to join us at this year’s ArktiskMat?

For the first time ever we are inviting applicants to join us as a speaker at this year's "Origins" themed event. We are inviting applications from individuals of all backgrounds: students, chefs, farmers, food producers, and researchers. We will cover travel expenses to and from Mosjøen and include access for all talks & meals during the weekend - all we’re looking for is a thoughtful and engaging presentation relevant to our theme.

Deadlines for submissions is 31 July and the winner will be announced in early August!
