Alex Nietosvuori
Alex Nietosvuori up in Landskrona, Sweden, in a family shaped by food and craft.
His father a chef, his grandfather a renowned ceramicist, and his parents now running an international BBQ team. Originally uninterested in cooking, he found his path through a pub kitchen where he met Daniel Berlin, leading to culinary school and several formative years in top Nordic kitchens including BROR, Frantzén, Fäviken and Maaemo.
His career has also taken him to Chile’s Boragó and later to London, where he worked while, together with his partner Ally, laying the foundations for their own dream restaurant.
